Last night (approximately 11pm AEST) I signed up to bwin, an agency I had followed for a few months before finally registering. Supposedly they are a Turkish based company who are meant to be the biggest bookmaker in the world (is this true)?
I usually deposit money into my betting accounts using either a credit card and Poli. I didn't want to be charged a 2% fee for the credit card deposit, and for some reason I needed to download some program to support Poli payments through bwin, so I used a new method last night; Instant Bank Transfer.
Given it was my first time depositing money using this method, I only deposited the minimum amount they allowed ($31.80 AUD, which I believe is around $25 EURO).
The deposit was successful, but only one problem. The money hasn't shown up in my bwin account, but it was taken out of my bank account. WTF? Isn't this meant to be an instant transfer? Please excuse me if I am worrying over nothing, but from my end it appears as though something is wrong. I have emailed them about the issue, but I am yet to receive a reply, only an email saying...

Does anyone have any experience with bwin, or depositing with this method. More importantly, can this agency be trusted? Again, I apologise in advance if I am indeed worrying over nothing.
