Why was that odd? I can't keep up, I swear people are calling logical progression weird booking lol.
Jericho cheating a win over Danielson to push Garcia to feud with Jericho/JAS.
You know what I agree in the sense I don't think it was the match up to make, but the way the actual match and result was booked was not odd in any way.
Jabroni marks on SquaredCircle getting salty over storyline progression, lol.

No issue with the result still wasn’t a fan of the match up in the first place much rather see them doing other stuff but it is what it is.
Some great matches but last years all out is hard to top, has to be MJF cashing in tonight to come close to it. There’s no other signing outside of Bray Wyatt really that’s left anymore? So hard to see how it’s not MJF.
Shame it’s not Wardlow , him coming down and squashing Punk or Mox at the end would have been epic.

They aren't topping last years, that was a near perfect show. This one has had some highs and lows.

Don't get me wrong, happy with matches in isolation, finishes not a fan of.
Look, I'd rather they try something different and miss the mark, then keep the same cyclic approach WWE still has. Not saying I'm right and others are wrong, just my preference on booking. Thats all.

I think like our footy teams, you can appreciate that they're not trying to do the same crap over (like WWE rigid booking), but knowing they can do better than they are (finishes I don't agree with or construction of storylines).
Having Brad Scott as your coach for 10 years stuck in nowhere will make you a jaded campaigner.
Say what you want about the build-up but that was a great main event.

The pop for the scarf was awesome.
Wouldn’t it been better to have him win then and there? And left with all of Chicago chanting MJF over a fallen Punk? MJF could have used that visual and audio for years
Potentially, though kayfabe wise the casino winner doesn't get the MITB style cash in.

Don't like PPVs serving TV when it should be the other way around (WWE is far more guilty of this) but ok with that. Punk closes the show as champ in Chicago, and fans still get to see the Joker confirmed.
MJF is gonna have a bloody hard time being the heel in all this, and it will be interesting to see how Punk handles being heavily booed and jeered every week as long as MJF is coming for him..

money in the bank was the perfect curtain raiser to mania, and culminated in Rollins cash in. But now we read more people arguing why they don’t want their favourites to win it, as it’s isolated and can dumb them down (as we are seeing with Theorys multiple misses).
Does AEW do a contract etc for the chip title shot?
It'll most likely happen at Grand Slam, hopefully Punk has gone full heel by then.
