Probably their worst pay per view yet , time to move away from Moxley from the main event scene.
I liked it tbh. Was it Double or Nothing last year that was pretty weak? Besides the ending I was pretty happy watching it from start to finish.

I’m assuming Mox and Cody are going away for a bit to be dads

Surely you would agree it’s time to move on from the Omega / Moxley fued. They set the bar high a while back in the hard score stuff and they will struggle to top that.

Time to have a fresh fued for Omega

Mox is taking time off obviously...

That literally would of saved it have Kenny and good brothers come out and laugh at Kingston and mox and Callis laugh at the commentators

Then cut a promo on dynamite saying we’re 3 steps ahead

Unfortunately they’ve kind of ruined Kingston’s character now

Anyone else maybe but Kingston's a strong enough promo he can probably talk his way out of it. It definitely dampened what should've been an epic face turn.

Matches like the ladder match and battle royale didn't initially do much for me but picked up a lot as they went on. I don't think the wrestling was the problem with the show.

Some good and some bad (obviously the usual anti AEW cry babies are out in force on that). Matches going too long a bit of a problem. Tag title match needed to finish earlier and immediately after Wardlow ate the Judas effect. Women's match also. Too long and Mizunami is not known to the audience so should not be doing silly over the top stuff. Good worker otherwise but she just should not have been in this match.

Ladder match was a bit of a mess and grabbing a 'brass ring' was lame but glad Ethan Page is there and Sky won it. Tag team battle royal pretty good and great finish. Cinematic match ok as was Page v Hardy (again probably just fine as a Dynamite main event though). Miro being more serious and winning was good but this could have been on Dynamite. Main Event not my kind of match but was actually really good until the botched explosion. Shame but hopefully they learn not to do it again if there's a chance it will not work and finish so flat.

Well watched it again and it is a good to very good PPV.

Even the preshow match was entertaining.

The only match that was a mess was the ladder match, though The Ego is a good pickup.

Tag title was great. The War council will be interesting Wednesday.

Tag rumble was like almost any other rumble should be. Ok then great when down to final 4.

The Miro match should of been a 2 mins squash, hell they set it up perfectly by doing a pretty match beat down.

The big money match had a good beginning and a good ending but the middle was slow and dull.

Women’s title was also good but too long at the end with all the false finishes.

Cinematic match was ok, not really my thing.

Christian was a let down only because the flames were fanned(mostly by fans), they didn’t actually lie about it as he is a hall of fame talent, probably is one of Khans fav wrestlers (he was one of mine) and can go.

The barbwire match was great up until the last 10 seconds. Eddy coming out was great story telling.
Just that bloody “explosion” at the end. There is talk going around that 70% of the explosives were still in their packets. But take that however you want.

Very very interested as to what happens Wednesday(Thursday).

Hate how they have the lame digs at WWE like the brass ring and Cody’s Triple H entrance.

I guess the problem with having a huge roster and not monthly PPV is they try and cram everyone onto the card. Understand the tag titles on the line and the Sting/Darby cinematic match but with the battle Royal and the miro tag it felt like it was just a cramming of everyone on the card.

To many gimmick matches in one night they could have had the cinematic match and main event but not needed the brass ring ladder or the casino battle royal and it would have had a better flow to it.

Yea I don't mind Cody's entrance but the other WWE references can stop now unless it is a talent with a legit grievance as to how they were used and have something to get off their chest (XPac promo March 98).

Agree too many gimmick matches and the Ladder match as well as some other things should not have been on this show and other matches should have been shorter.

The ladder match was poor, was probably the worst thing on the show until the botched explosion at the end.
