I am aware that the rules changed in 2019. According to the criteria that you posted earlier, pertaining to point 2, unless he is outside Norwood's top 40 players, which I highly doubt, then he does not qualify. Am I missing something here? Have I interpreted this incorrectly?

I think that is the only way it can happen. If that is the case, what is Bodey doing letting such a thing occur?

Does that mean PNU are loaning him to the Power reserves LOL.
