I'm like a kid on Christmas Eve!

Won't be able to sleep.

Just want to open all my draft pick presents. And, more importantly, watch others unwrap dud gifts.

I'm 12 hours early but I'm using the NBN, so it evens out

Alright - picks in this thread, dumb banter in the other? How we doing this?

Selection 1

Dustin Martin (Richmond)

What a season. Every single week this guy dominated for his side and in the end he was a huge reason for the Tigers winning the flag.
Brownlow medalist, premiership player, All Australian, Norm Smith medalist, MVP (players), coaches association award. He was by far the best player.

The risk is whether he is capable of backing it up.

I say he can.

Alright, this guy might have left our club, but he's hands down one of the best players in the league. Explosive, damaging and can break open a game in a matter of minutes. Something tells me he's going to return to his 2016 form next year, especially considering the development of some of their younger players and some of their off-season moves. Just gotta hope he doesn't get past a prelim again ;)

I'll be selecting Patrick Dangerfield.

May you rack up Brownlow votes, but not premierships, for as long as you like.

P.S. sorry to steal your CEO, Scorpus

Pick 4: Nat Fyfe

I saw enough in the International Rules games to suggest he's going to be back to his absolute monster best.
At his best, there's no one better in the league. Not Dusty Martin, Not Patrick Dangerfield. I think his ceiling is higher than anyone's.
Hopefully he can stay healthy, because the AFL is so much better when he's running around. Love watching him play.
