I'd argue for who will fill that spot, but he's still available.

Off topic but it's slightly depressing as a fan (and no doubt as a new draftee to the AFC) that no matter what you are highly unlikely to play in your first couple of seasons.

Nah, my thinking being, we rarely promote first-year players in this way, and he'd have to play out the season (again, something rookies have trouble with)

That’s the reason I DID take him,. Knew someone else would pounce soonish,. And you know what,. At this point,. Everyone is a bit risky.. I mean LIAM Ryan (another guy who played no games) was picked 15-20 picks ago. Meh... dare to dream In fog we trust

Fogarty is a perfectly fine addition to a team, but I wouldn't have picked him while there are still clear best 22 players available

I don't hate the pick, but I wouldn't have thought he should be the first rookie drafted this year. Purely from an opportunity standpoint.
