I agree. Preseason is a long time. No point having a game that passes the time between seasons if its done and dusted in 3 days. I get everyone is enthusiastic. But we need people to have a chance to work without extreme risk of missing out.

There’s minimal difference between 2 and 3 hours. Those were the rules when signed up. The idea is to pick once or twice a day otherwise the game becomes stale and takes over a month to complete. 2-3 weeks is about right.

I don’t really see much difference between 2 and 3 hours personally. 90% of the time if you miss one then you miss both. But 2 hrs makes it easier for the person going next.

It’s about planning knowing you are coming up and remembering to check, otherwise the next person wastes a lot of time checking waiting that extra hour.

Yeah exactly. The difference between 2 and 3 hours isn't massive.

There are also plenty of resources available in case you think you won't be able to check, like passing on your preference to another, more active player, or trading draft positions so your picks are closer together

Yeah 2 or 3 hours isn’t a great difference. Out of all the skips, Mr MG knew it was 2 hours but was late because he thought AC would take time, Kristof’s 3 hour time limit would have been up by now anyway, and FAITH implemented the rule lol

Normally I wouldn't touch a ruck this early, but IMO there's now such a difference between Grundy/Gawn and the rest of the comp's rucks that I think getting someone like him is important. We saw how influential he was for the Dees this year

Gets Brownlow votes and if he continues his form, a sure thing for AA, too

Was hard to pass someone else up but I'm sure he goes in the next couple of picks
