Coupled with Rowe, who's an immediate upgrade on Murphy, our forward line is starting to look interesting with Thorpedo anchoring them.

There was real talk that Port were going to bid on Borlase with one of their late picks. There were people at Port who wanted to try and get him "home".
They were also looking into Kaine Baldwin, but may well rookie him.

Not sure if this has been suggested but is it possible that Port and the Crows got together. I mean we traded picks. We didnt bid on their man and they didnt bid on our guys. Interesting!

That is an absolutely bargain for Carlton, highly skilled and the youngest player in the draft.

I am mystified as to how a classy type like Carroll, who from all reports is also a great kid and a super hard worker off the field, slipped to Pick 41. Only thing that makes any sense is “flight risk”.

nope, Maher, Callow and Kolar 3 of the more surprising undrafted players.

You do realize it’s pretty easy to burst away from a stoppage if you don’t have the ball. The opposition tend to let you do it.

Crows wouldn’t have gotten him as a rookie. Other clubs were aboutbpounce on him.
