Im starting to think Grigg, M Crouch and CEY are on the trade block at the end of the year. One of those may be traded out. That maybe why the club hasnt stitched them up yet.

I know there's still 5 weeks left of games in general, for us you'd think 2-3. So possible and probably likely to sign a few more players in that time, but really would love to see M.Crouch and Lynch as our next two to recommit to the club 3 years each unless Danger does of course.

Definitely agree he'd be asking for a few more $$ but I highly doubt he'd be asking for too much of an amount that we'll let him slip away. Should be an easy enough transition you'd think surely?

Young defender Kyle Hartigan has signed a new two-year deal, keeping him at Adelaide until at least the end of 2017.

Hartigan was recruited by the Crows with pick No.14 in the Rookie Draft of December, 2012. The 23-year-old made his debut in Round 18, 2013, and was promoted to the senior list for the 2014 season.

I asked this in another thread, there is the report from the club about Lyons re-signing at the end of 2014 and in it mentioned that Atkins was another who had also agreed to a new deal, but no information on how long for. He's managed by Paul Connors' group.

Yup, and as I said, no details on length of contract if it was a one year or more deal. So he might be out of contract, or maybe he still has a couple of years to go.

Logically it can't have been anything but a 1 or 2 year deal. An inference can be made that, given the names he was mentioned alongside are out of contract now, he only got 1 year as well.

I was helping back up your story

I agree with NT Rabbit that it was just a 1 year deal, however there could be triggers (eg play 5 games and you get a new deal). Hence the lack of urgency. You hear of triggers all the time (Ben Jacobs just triggered a 2nd year his contract - 2 years after 19 games).

I wouldve thought with what they have all shown in patches this year they would be players we would like to keep. Baffling.
