I want to be absolutely clear here....AFL2007 is not a management game. Don't expect a TAR or FF. It's an arcade experience of playing football and the management components are also 'arcade' in their nature. We have done a lot of tweaking to the gameplay and features that directly affect the gameplay experience.

I just don't want some of you getting the wrong idea of what the goal (pardon the pun) of this game is.
 
I might be on my own in saying this but I don't care much for the management side of things. I mean, it's good, and I'll play career mode, but I'd prefer to just have a better game to play if I had to decide between the two.
Don't get me wrong.....Ideally I'd love for it to have both aspects in great detail. But we know the time and budget constraints won't allow for that (atleast for a while).
At the moment, I just want a game that'll be fun to play with or against my mates. Lucky for me that's the aim of the game at the moment.
Is anyone thinking the same thing?

Fiery, just a couple of questions. Firstly, will you be able to select multiple users in season mode? & have you finished the new gaelic football and hurling games?

PLAYER B: Awesome mate, look out for us Lions next year. We'll trade hard :cool:

A: Pre-season time! Watch out for Ben Dover, our new gun forward :D
B: Ben Dover is rubbish when we've got Wayne Kerr. Plus we traded Hoops and Pick 17 for pick 10! Plus we got Green from Melbourne!

A & B: This is so cool! AFL 2008 with multiplayer season is awesome!

P.S FH, how long does that Sony deal go for? And when are you looking at going next-gen? Also, which console would you most likely make an AFL game for out of the next-gens? Or a multi-release?

Yer quite the story teller aren't ya?!?

Unfortunately I can't answer your questions in relation to next-gen. Mainly cos I actually want to keep my job but also cos I have very little idea of what the answers would be.

Seriously though, yeah I like to use different ways of communicating examples.

Just one thing, how has the instant replay been improved this year? In all honesty 2004's was king.

Oh and do you access BigFooty at work or at home in your own time?

Why wouldn't you keep your job.

All games will need to go into next-gen pretty soon anyway.

I'm guessing most companies wouldn't want people sneaking out info before it's officially announced. I'd even say that some of the stuff that Fiery Hawk says on here about AFL 2007 he would have to check with his superiors first before posting....which is definately fair enough.

A quick but very important question....

In Career Mode would you like the ability to adjust the difficulty level up or down or would you like a hard coded difficulty level requiring you to start again if you want to adjust the difficulty level?
