But from everyone else’s point of view, your shock flag in 2017 will never be repeated. Beating you in 2018 is normal. You winning a flag is the abberation.

Shock flag what planet were you living on everyone bar crows supporters had the tigers winning it. We demolished every top 4 club in the finals so your comment is rather peculiar. That just makes no sense at all we have won the 3rd most flags in the last 50-60 years (6) only behind hawks and blues. Winning a flag is an aberration for the pies that you cant debate, 2 in 60 years lol the one you won in 1990 (the previous one was 32 years prior) that was an aberration cause your next one was 2 decades later (2010) another aberration. Get it there's a pattern here losing GF's is the norm for the colliewobbles, now winning one is an absolute aberration.
We are more than likely to win it this year than not based on the last 2 years of winning one and making it to a prelim.

No - my evidence is you had 3 QTRS to increase your lead by 5 goals and give us a 10 goal drubbing but you couldn’t add more than a single goal to the 1st QTR margin.
so you're saying we are suspect because we won the 1st qtr......and then increased the lead over the next three quarters, all whilst losing the free kick count to last years grand finalists....away.
makes sense

At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

And yet your match day thread predicting a demolition never happened and you could only add 6 points to your QTR time lead.

I know our supporters expected a blow out after QTR time.
End result gives us huge confidence for when we meet again with a much stronger side.

Wow what an illogical string of unrelated events - none of which explains why you couldn’t bury us.

It's not how many frees a team gets but where they get them - from a neutrals point of view thought the umps paid Richmond a couple of soft free kicks in front of goal, particularly in the first quarter. That's what gets supporters so frustrated at times, as the umps are just so inconsistent with their decision making.

Did you not watch the first 5 mins of the match and Collingwood's first 3 shots at goal??? Not Richmond's fault 2 of them were shanked.

All 3 free kicks were extremely soft .. easy to forget when the opposition don't make you pay.

Tbh they won the free kick count again, they have won 37 on the trot so why are they blaming umpires
Heard them booing when we got a free and than a Bronx cheer when they got one and thought we must have had a few frees here. Checked the afl app and they were 5 frees in front. Which I suppose is low for them as they are usually 10 in front.

Tigers went into the game missing 5 best 22 players in Rance Nankervis Caddy Higgins McIntosh & lost Cotchin in the first quarter. Until about 2 minutes to go in the second quarter we were belting the Pies as we led by near 8 goals before we effectively took the foot off the gas in the second half and simply kept them at arms length for the remainder of the game.

FWIW both teams had 15 of the 22 that played in the prelim playing last night, the difference is that those that have come in to the Tigers line up are playing better footy at present than the replacements that the Pies have had to use.
Hilarious. Nank, Caddy and Mcintosh were available but were not selected and Higgins has been wallowing in the ressies for weeks before his health issue! Talk about desperate.

Right

The fact is Collingwood have over 80 years built a culture that seems conducive to losing GFs. And it doesn’t look like ending anytime soon.
Yes, we have mastered the art of losing to a terrible umpiring decision (or non-decision) and playing GF's that go down to the wire so that the crowd always gets their money's worth.

Mate you lead the completion in frees for you have won the last 37 game free kick counts, get your hand off it

McIntosh is the only one you could remove from that list because he hasn't been injured just out of form. Nank is second week back from a serious injury so was never going to play, Caddy did an ankle on Wednesday, Higgins is in hospital but yeah lets not count him either and Rance is 19 weeks into rehab for a knee injury. Nothing desperate about it.

What is desperate is Pies fans using the 18-19 injuries as an excuse as to why they played poorly. If we're being serious Adams Beams Moore Dunn Langdon & Stephenson were the best 22 Pies missing last night, the rest of the injury brigade aren't best 22 and if you're going to claim some of them are then you're kidding yourself.

I didnt realise Treloar was umpiring during the Grand Final.

Kicking the ball to the oppositions best backman cost you the game not the umpiring decision.

No matter what happens tonight, your club got torn apart by an American hack in a prelim. No amount of jeering will change that.
Lol we'll just have to enjoy our 2017 flag and our push for a 2019 flag.

Oh you realise that to make a prelim you have to win at least one final, no amount of jeering will change that.
