This one really comes down to our leaders. Can they step up and take ownership? I want to see a huge shift in pressure around the ball carrier and at the contest.

The press conference was announced at 9.35 and began half an hour after you guys got on the plane at 10, so I guess the AFL didn't get any sort of advanced notice or you probably wouldn't have taken off.
