I mean there were several blatant high frees not paid to us, and Hickey got a free against for his opponent not getting up after a tackle.

Frankly the whole game was poorly umpired. We definitely got the better overall but there were some awful calls all round.

Troy Pannell vs Adelaide 2016 takes the cake. 17 frees to Dogs, 1 to Adelaide.

Hickey drags it out of the ruck, 6-7 times, gets caught, drops it, and nothing.

Pathetic rule.

The umpires should hang their heads in shame, after that.

Deliberate free kick clearly applies to the Canadian maple leafs, but not Ess.

That's not at all a fair way to look at it. If one team misses their chances at gosh that is bad footy and that's on them. If the umpires get involved like you have acknowledged they did that is unfair.
