The Lions are playing a good team oriented style of footy at the moment and should win this game at The Gabba
The Dockers have injury problems especially in defense and will have to play well to match the Lions at home
On form the Lions should win this encounter by 4+ goals
However no game in the AFL competition is easy.
The Dockers will be on the road for 2 weeks and lets hope WA is back to normal soon

Going to be a much closer game than people think. Fyfe, Mundy and Brayshaw won’t be easy for our midfield with no Neale and perhaps still no Berry.

Lions by 12

Didn't stop West Coast last week. Our defence is pretty much all on the sidelines and I don't like Cox against either Daniher or Hipwood. No excuse for Brisbane to win by anything less than 5 goals at the bare minimum considering how you've been playing at the Gabba.

Brisbane by 76

I'm always the pessimist ,wouldn't surprise me if the Lions lost by a goal or two. But at the Gabba we should win but it won't be a huge margin.

We don't even have our seconds defence right now, our best 6 are out and so are half of their replacements. coming up to an team with a solid full strength forward line that are in form. I am afraid

Below from footywire after teams named
A fair bit more experience in the Lions side as expected with the Dockers injury issues
Hard to see Lions loosing this one at home unless they get complacent
But no AFL game is certain

Dockers forward line are actually giving a pretty good account of themselves. They've hustled well but had some poor luck.

Brisbane winning the battle in the rest of the ground however.

Well our best KPF Taberner has kicked 20 goals and 10 behinds from 6 games this season.

One of our small forwards in Schultz has kicked 10 goals from 5 games

So that's a positive
