It's strange how some careers fizzle out. Thought he was going to be a top 5 mid in the comp. Early in his stint as captain he looked like he really had some leadership qualities. Had a fair bit happen in his career and might just be over it. If you were trading for Heppell or Chad Wingard at 22-23, you'd be mightily disappointed right now.
