... in furlongs?
Swans have dropped a couple of crucial games at the SCG this year. They are very vulnerable there
The big wet in Sydney might explain our up and down form.
We play our best when it isn't wet.
11mm to fall on the SCG between Friday and Sunday
Pies like to play fairly open and attacking footy so while it might be a disadvantage to us that it is wet, IMO it is not necessarily an advantage to the Pies if it is wet.

Buddy to kick 9 goals
Pies love the wet
Completely disagree. One would argue Sydney are currently playing a better style of footy then Collingwood right now. This would mean they are more likely to win. Our form at home is good this year. Your form at the SCG isn't. Hence the betting odds.Swans the hottest of favourites. Based on no logic whatsoever. On form, pies clearly should be favourites slightly. At the scg evens it up a bit, to a genuine toss of the coin. pies 2.76 in betting? Crikey

Is Sydney wet different to other wet?
There's 2 parts to it.
1. There's wet during play or on the day of the game... AKA rain.
2. There's pissing down rain for 6 months straight leaving the playing surface water logged.
Our form is better at the SCG this year. You have lost two games, we are undefeated
That’s an odd perspective Number37
We belted Freo in the wet at the start of our run and have won numerous games in the wet this year. Pies enjoy the wet weather. Not sure how the Swans handle it, but no complaints from Pies fans if the ground is a bit slippery.
We have a higher SCG winning percentage.
Yours is 0%
Ours is 73%
To be fair, if you focus on more current stats and filter it down to games played at the SCG on or after 11 August 2022 it significantly reduces any advantage to either side:But you have a far higher losing percentage at the SCG
Yeah pies fans should be loading up on that. Form team of the comp, Top 2, Love the wet weather and have no fear of the SCG. Very juicy odds.Swans the hottest of favourites.
