Having great players in key positions helps plus one of the top 4 coaches the game has ever seen hate rating coaches but he’s there

Because their team is 1-paced.
They had decent skills in 22/23, but their players no longer have the reaction time to make up for the lack of pace. They then went and recruited 2 reasonably slow forwards to add to the pain
