The entitlement chip? My post was stating an opinion with the fact that we have been successful in the past. Is the reference to the past the problem. Whether u like to believe it or not there is a bit of not these ****s again not just from opposition supporters but from the media as well. It's the same with Other sports. Man United for instance. It's human nature

I think Liverpool is a better comparison. Ultra successful in the 80’s, then just mediocre for the PL/AFL era, while other teams had more success.

Nevertheless, both fan bases spent that entire era, living in the past and reminding supporters of current successful teams that their 80’s era was the best and never to be matched.

Now, they are both enjoying success again, they are now reminding everyone how successful and great they are. And claiming that they are hated because they are so successful. It’s a beautiful thing really.

Meanwhile, United and other supporters just accept the reality that their team is currently rubbish, without the need to live in the past. So yeah, definitely Liverpool for mine
