The 50 metre penalty against Reid leading to a goal, the free kick against Reid for running too far as he was running in on goal, the numerous soft holding calls after Reid got manhandled in the goal square.. and that’s only Harley’s ones.

In a 2 point game that’s potentially 4 scoring opportunities reversed.

Again.. you can’t have watched the game. Just because it was an even count doesn’t mean the umpiring was fair.

Whos to say it shouldn’t have been 30-23 our way? Do we think the umpires look at the count and think “hmm better not pay this clear free kick because the free kick count might be unbalanced”

Just to show how cooked our league is now, just saw the replay and Gross hit his head on the ground as he went down. If he was concussed that incredible and legal tackle would have been a 3 week suspension.

No probably not. 2 years ago, any action that resulted in a concussion was penalised with a suspension because it was a “breach of duty of care”

Last week melksham committed a push in the back on McGovern that was illegal and penalised with a free kick. McGovern suffered a concussion - no case to answer.

Agree that AFL decision making is cooked - the inconsistency is breathtaking.

My ladder predictor at the start of the season had Richmond winning 6 games. They have North next Sunday (early Sunday) and it could be easily 4 wins.
