It changes the whole game when Rowell can just waltz around knowing he’s protected by the umps. Hard enough to get near him at the best of times but when you literally can’t lay a finger on him without a whistle there’s not much that can be done

Can't really ask for much more than that in an away win to open the season. I get the feeling that Dimma and our players collectively wanted to send a statement to the league today that we're no longer pushovers on the road.

Still too early to tell. Need to play a good side away first. Eagles look to be a pushover at home. Very ill-disciplined. Hate to think what the Lions are going to do to them next week.
