The Bulldogs run Bont, Libba, Richards, Kennedy, Treloar (when available), Freijah and Sanders through there. 6 or 7 rotations. Why do the Blues only have room for 3 or 4?They play different roles. Also Cerra is 25 and Kennedy is 28. Kennedy wanted more midfield time, while Cerra is happy to play wherever we need him. Kennedy wasn't shifting Cripps out of the side, and Hewett is also having a great year. I'm not sure why people want to nitpick over this. Desperate to find a side to slag off at.

Brad Scott is the greatest snake oil salesman in history. That was putrid from Essendon, they made the Dogs look like the Harlem Globetrotters tonight.
Despite getting flogged in the midfield their genius of a coach played their best midfielder Merrett up forward most of the night.
Is he trying to get himself sacked?

Amazing. That might have been about a quarter of their team’s total disposals! It’s not like getting 50 out of 470!Crazy to see that folks were getting 50 disposals even as far back as the '70s
You're taking it personally and getting emotional now, so it's time to end our discussion.
Pretty tough on Dale. Not sure if you've spent much time watching the Dogs, but he's one of the Dogs most influential and crucial players. Finds the ball at will and uses it better than almost any in the comp. If he was playing for a "big" club, he'd be lauded far more than he already is.Bailey Dale is one of those mediocre mid level players that look special when playing with A grade guns like Bont and Liberatore. If he was drafted elsewhere into a worse setup he would not be anything. So many players, so many careers, make or break depending on what situation they get drafted into.
It's not something I need to spend a few hundred more words over. Carlton are badly missing a mid/forward like Kennedy, you're in denial and so we would merely be going round in circles for another hour. It's time to end it, because I know how things went down and it can't be argued any further. Throwing the emotional card at me gives you a silent withdrawal.
Under Beveridge.
You Carlton nuffs struggle with comprehension. Cope more.

See, even the mods think the discussion needs to end.
I have to say, I disagree with Korn's view on them winning a final next year.
I enjoyed it.The one Saturday night the AFL don't schedule another game and we get one of the most one sided blowouts of the season.
It would have been nice to have another better game to switch over to.
How do you let Bailey Dale, probably the best kick of the footy in the comp get almost 50 touches unopposed.
Absolute madness.
They have to be tanking.
Williams kicked 6 goals to go with his 53 and probably had 30 contested at 80%DE in typical G. Williams style. Most disposals in history:

Tim English is very overrated
