Ok I’ll bite.

Kennedy has found his way to a club that needed his inside CBA work.

As we already have Cripps, Hewett, Cerra & Walsh in front of him, he was playing all over the shop, in & out of the team.

We don’t need him to fulfil that roll.

We need outside run.

It’s great to see him doing so well at the dogs.
Cerra and Walsh lol

And he was NOT “in and out of the team” he played all 24 games! Only one other Carlton player had done that last year (Cripps or Weitering).

He was played in more positions than Ron Jeremy.

Thrown forward & back - also in the middle.

Often sub, subbed off.

Doggies have plenty of outside runners & we don’t. Blind Freddy can see that.

BTW Cerra & Hewett would be 1/2 in our B&F so far this year.

I say the saints are a bottom 6 list. Not great but not terrible either.

Demons got 14th with 10 or 11 wins last season. Saints are similar.

Ross Lyon got the best out of that dockers side of that 2012 to 2015 finals era. No way that Mark Harvey would of got a grand final once between 2012 to 2015
Yeah maybe bottom 6. The bottom 3 are clear, those just above are debatable. I think Essendon, Port and St Kilda would be 13th, 14th and 15th though. St Kilda might edge out in current talent but Essendon have better future talent imo. Port imo are coming up to a cliff. Still will have to wait to see but thats the sense I get.

No offense Scray, but given you essentially said Kennedy was s*** and was a walking Benny Hill skit before crossing over to the Doggies, I'm gonna have to back the Carlton fans who have long maintained that Kennedy was a bloody good player who just didn't really fit as well with our list as he would elsewhere.

If we had the outside run and spread the Dogs have we'd be laughing and I'm tipping we'd have been able to keep Kennedy no issues.

Unfortunately when you've got 4 other cumbersome inside mids you have to let go of the weak link, and at the time that was Bam Bam.
