Unlikely it will happen, given St Kilda haven't finished top 4 since 2010 and haven't won many finals since then that I can remember (there was a Covid EF).

The Saints only bring this effort a few times a season, so it's best to simply enjoy the win rather than fantasise about finals triumphs.

Also, they are crap at every stadium that doesn't have a roof.

Love a Geelong loss but all this will do is assure St Kilda that they have a decent team. Geelong squandered 400 entries which is unheard of and lost their playmaker to the knee. St Kilda need an overhaul.

Doubt it gives anyone at the Saints any false belief, just helps fans know that it's not all doom and gloom.
