Great game between two quality sides given the difficult weather conditions. GWS will definitely be there at the pointy end of the season …… sitting there watching it live they have quality on each line!
And to those that have a problem always whinging and whining when coming up against one of the best group of small forwards in the comp sit down for a moment clap your hands and sing the Dem Bones song:

As a highschool teacher, kicking up the legs and doing nothing but watch footy and argue with peanuts on BigFooty on a Saturday night is about as good as it gets. Decompressing and relaxing are an essential part of the job.

So, how about the game? Did it live up to it's top billing? Hawks seem to be a lot stronger at the contest than last year, maybe still with room for improvement, as far the Giants, I don't think they lose too much from this game, pretty good for most of the game, just seem a bit too reliant on Jesse and Toby going inside fifty. Though, I thought stringer looked quite good except for those misses. Something tells me these two sides are going to meet each other in finals in the upcoming years.

Why is it Shuey and Selwood (and now Watson) stand out over everyone else? Whereas guys like Rowell and Cripps, who genuinely put their head over the ball, don’t have a name for themselves.
