And poor options too. Ignoring Darcy 1 on 1 to try and spot up a small forward 1 on 2, and a few missed entries.

Darcy kicked 5 on him, but Pearce still cut off so many attacks. No second avenue to goal killed us with Naughton terrible and JOD playing defensive.

Stoked for the win and what it means. Down on rotations. Down on players on the bench. Down on experience. The dogs kept coming and to have not bottled it is huge for belief for such a young and generally inexperienced list. Took a fourth gamer to halve a contest then pull a goal out of his arse. Both sets of players looked cooked, but the dogs were showing much much more composure towards the end.

Sweating on Jackson but hopefully if he’s out he’s not out for long.

The lost it in the last 5 minutes of second quarter. Why do we have so many badly skilled players that fumble the ball. VDM, Buku, Baker, McNeill, Bramble, Gallagher. We fumble give it to Freo who were so much quicker than us and it was off to the races. We toughed it out but too bad we do not have enough good player to compliment Sam Darcy who is a star.
