Ashcroft Bros breezed past the Curnows and challenging the Daicoi for best bros in footy. Is Levi going to be better than Will? And the Fletchers coming through too. I love this part of footy, a tradition worth keeping and rapt for the family and the Lions.

Pinched this game last year, real gutsy win, hope we can rise to the challenge again.

Brisbane the most skilled list and the best team in the AFL right now, but we match up well. If Fly outcoaches Fagan and we get some luck we are a chance.

No bloody injuries would be nice too.

Kidding. I actually think they’re right in this. If Brisbane are switched on from the first quarter they’ll beat anybody, but if they keep flirting with these slow starts the Pies can catch them napping.

No dan Houston is a massive out against a team like the lions. We will be undermanned but I still think pies get up in a close one and give Brisbane a wake up call.

I simply adore 'Daicoi' as plural of Daicos (by which name they should be forever collectively known). Despite being a very silly person, you are quite astute. I was going to vote for the Silly Party at the election, but I would have to vote for them all. I've heard that's a tad illegal where first preferences are concerned. Vote early, vote often.

Only problem with the Ashcrofts (or is that Ashcroi?) is telling them apart. They play so similarly. I am looking forward to at least a decade of watching both them and the Daicoi
