Which teams besides North have been cellar dwellers for ages?100%
Its a joke.
Even Richmond and West Coast were premiers as recently as 2020 and 2018. That would be like if Southampton and Ipswich were Premier League champions a few years ago.

Father sons and academies help too.The EPL doesn’t have equalisation measures like the draft or salary cap.
I’m all for exposing the imbalance in the comp, where fixturing and other inequities have an outsized impact on performance and growth for small clubs like ours in favour of entrenching the “bigger” clubs.
But there is no excuse for clubs to be down the bottom of the ladder for the best part of a decade, then still complain that they aren’t as good as other teams who haven’t been. Accessing top 5-10 talents for several years and still being poor is a club problem, not a competition problem.

Please don't quote yourself. This loss is totally on the coaching staff and Clarko
As David King says every week dont get beaten by what you know
Merrett is a player that hurts you with every possession and Clarko gave him 35 to cut them up
How do you not tag him.
Merrett destroyed North
Are you David King? Honest question. This loss is totally on the coaching staff and Clarko

Yeah some teams do have anthems or chants, but what they do in Aussie Rules is unique. I like it. I don't like that I'm humming the Bombers song constantly since the game. Most sports do actually, NRL might not but most sports worldwide have a song.
Another 3 votes he's playing the best footy of his career he would be in the top 5 of the brownlow right now imoDeserves a Brownlow.
Neale and Cripps are champions but it's still crazy to think they may end up with 4 more Brownlow's than Selwood, Pendlebury, Bontempelli, Petracca and Merrett combined.Another 3 votes he's playing the best footy of his career he would be in the top 5 of the brownlow right now imo
Piss off KaneSheezel is very overrated, chip scabbed off half back again and didn't even use the ball particularly well.

McKercher I rate very highly, but his lack of progression this season has gone under the radar as everyone focuses on Harley Reid.
12 in a row against them and we have been an absolute rabble for most of that time. Must drive them insane.
Absolute rabble? Since the ASADA top up list it's seemed a lot more like "no man's land". Just an okay side. No more, no less.12 in a row against them and we have been an absolute rabble for most of that time. Must drive them insane.
No doubt , n.melb have been a disgrace but we all know you hate us, treat us as your g.final, to put 12 in a row ? Deplorable.Oh yeah because we’ve been a veritable powerhouse in that time
It really, really isn't. They've been deplorable. Essendon have been okay. A losing streak is completely unsurprising and unnotable. It is kind of sad that you care enough to make this reach. It's North Melbourne, for chrissake. No doubt , n.melb have been a disgrace but we all know you hate us, treat us as your g.final, to put 12 in a row ? Deplorable.

They have their own dedicated thread to Essendon, you obviously don’t get the depth of the hate they have for us. Ask them, they’ll tell you.It really, really isn't. They've been deplorable. This time last year, you were 0-8 and almost none of the games had been competitive. And you'd go on to have 3 more beltings before finally winning a match. There was a cluster**** of stuff ups that led us to where the club is now.
Including Heath Shaw having mental break and quitting as coach
Appointing a terrible president/ceo and untried coach in Noble
Cutting the list way to deep
Covid hub
Clarko racism bs
JHF leaving
Only winning 16 games in 5 ****ing years
I'm honestly not sure what the answer is but it's obvious there are mental demons on some of players of who have been there for a lot of that.
