So when we beat your boys it will be a sad indictment on the state of your Club.
Could the indictment get any sadder?

Never said hardly sighted, I said he didnt look very damaging. A couple of good kicks doesnt mean he was at his best tonight.
I thought there were a couple of Pies better than him.

Who was better? Houston was very good I’ll give you that for sure, Josh was decent as usual but wasn’t nearly as influential as Nick. Shultz had a big influence probably gets votes in the Pies medal actually

Elliot
McStay
Long
Crisp
Sidebottom
All had poor games

Sidebottom to be fair from what I saw was doing a run with role a bit. Had his moments

Harsh on Crisp worked hard 26 possessions did his job.

Surely you don’t expect much from Long? Made 9 tackles though

Elliot was average and McStay for sure

Pendles for the amount of time and influence.
So, with the 3 you mentioned and Pendles (could chuck De Goey as well, three goals) that means top 5 but not top 3.
Again, its an opinion.

McStay Long are just not much good
Yes sorry Elliot was beaten and Crisp was ok but is in decline.

The crux is the best players all played extremely well.

Pendles was decent but in the next rung. Pies won’t be expecting him to be Pendles of a decade ago. De Goey just annoys me so I struggle to give him votes- bloke could be anything but does nothing for half a game. He was decent thought Shultz was the better half forward anyway.

Daicos will get the 3 votes

Daicos eases out from $4.5 to $5 for the Brownlow before Sunday night, then he takes to the field to remind everyone just how good he is, and firms into $4.

Nas eases out from $8 to $13.

Was a terrible missed free there won’t be one as bad this year.

Long season
Yawn. God you’re a predictable bore. You’re off to a flying start with your trolling this season Adam H. 13 aliases since you copped a permanent ban some years ago. You’ve probably got your next 5 aliases ready to roll out when the mods ban you again, after realising you shouldn’t be on this forum.

Just slither back under your rock and brood on another season of mediocrity from your beloved Saints.

Honestly if you got 5’s for Daicos you take it, I’ve had a small (not confident one) on Gulden just in case- proven vote getter and if we aren’t top 6 Cox can get sacked for all I care.

However Daicos should win

Yeah, they should have played worse and Collingwood lose, so as we can talk about all the upside we have.

What?
The point is that outside of Moore that’s Collingwoods best.

They played extremely well and overcome StKilda with a heap of kids.

How is that the Pies best? They will drop a bit but this talk like they are bottom 6 is ridiculous. Elliot did squat tonight. Even their midfield bar the two Daicos’ they nearly all could have better games

Well they can’t afford a dip with any of those key players.

Daicos had 70% of his possessions in the back half NWM had as many inside 50’s as Nick and he was full forward.

Nick Daicos...41 possessions against St Kilda.....only 6 of them were contested possessions, 35 of them were uncontested possessions. He still played well.

Which is exactly what you want for the best ball user and decision maker in the competition.
