It’s going to take the Eagles at least another 5 years to be back on the winning side of the ledger. If players don’t leave in droves.
That could be a major problem
How long could the Vic boys stuck in WA stay there if they continue to get losses like this ?
Would have to be a concern with so much high end talent from victoria on the list

Yeah let them have their fun. And I honestly don't know if they're any closer to a flag than we are. Yes, it sucks to be down the bottom for so long, but if you ain't contending, it doesn't matter if youre mid tier or down the bottom for awhile.
Winners are still grinners. Yeah you keep holding on for that one day you might win a flag...im still happy for winning games throughout the season...especially 100 point wins lols too much fun

fifth consecutive game where a Jake Waterman behind opened our scoring

Still sooooooo many instances each quarter of substandard skills, substandard commitment, and substandard decision-making by the Eagles.

Triple digit margin is still flattering thanks to the Saints botching a whole lot of kickable shots at goal.

That was a pathetic effort after the rigged call. I guess the players gave up as the game is clearly fixed.

Anothe pathetic effort like that next week and a home lose to Richmond and it is bye bye McQualter

that would have been fun if one was a saints fan.
quite the flex 💪

Depends what happens next week. Saints have Carlton, WC have Richmond.

No point WC beating another cellar dweller and pretending this week didn't happen. Inexcusable performance. After some good early performances it's pretty clear a 4 or 5 win season is the absolute ceiling.

Likewise Saints should beat Carlton but no point beating up on WC to lose to a team like the Blues.

Do you not agree that not only are you vsing a suburban level football team, but you also have suburban level umpires as well?

No shit they’re suburban but to say WCE got r*ped by them is an over reach. Secondary goal they scored in the 3qtr was from a free lmao

If this was in Perth the Coasters would win this one.

The saints are a mediocre team and will probably just get it done on their home deck due to their senior experience.

West Coast are incredibly young.

RTB doesn’t really know how to combat Minis handball happy attacking game style. He just backs his boring defensive game in.

Saints lack of talls up forward and down back suit the Eagles line up.

For them to be a chance, Waterman has to have a game, and their mids contribute strongly to the scoreboard.

Good professional win by the Saints. We’ve been building even know the ladder doesn’t reflect our decent form. Hopefully this generates some momentum.

Eagles have some brilliant young players coming through the system. And Ruban Ginbey is a GUN. One of my favourite players atm. Love the way he goes about it.

irrelevant side? Over 150 years of history. What have you guys got? 30 years since you were manufactured?

What's this 150 years of history? AFL formed in 1990 mate. It's 4 flags compared to a club that managed 3 grand finals and a the best result was a draw. 😅

The VFL changed its name in 1990

Yes because the vfl stopped existing in its current form and became the AFL legally.

No vfl left other than the dog shit comp underneath that threatens to go bankrupt every year without the AFL propping it up

yep, funny enough that scoreboard margin could have been even more wider if the saints kicked straight
