There are only two must watch games next week. This and Hawks vs freo game.

I have a huntch the cats will get up for this one

Cats have won 6 of the past 8. Pies are due. Dangerfield only has a 5 metre heatmap this season so won't be able to destroy them up around midfield + half forward areas like last year's game.

Not confident in this one.
We are due for a couple of hard weeks.
We will get back on the winners list come the west coast game.
Still not there yet Pies.
Still working on things.
Touch couple of weeks this.
I dont think they will up for it.
Better feeling if we won v hawks.
Draw doenst sit well.
Wouldn't surprise me the cats win here by around 2-3 goals.
They will get a few gifted free kicks for goals toward the end of the game.
Sets it up for them to win it.
Always the way.
Case of free kick cats.

Collingwood won the free kick count in the 2011 GF Timmy. Still weren't good enough to win that one though I'm afraid.

Don’t forget a Jezza play on out of bounds type goal too please.
It needs to be called The Gary Rohan Game.

Gary Rohan was the hero for the Cats, hauling in a colossal pack mark and subsequent goal to put the Cats in front late in the final term, before Jack Crisp levelled the scores with less than three minutes to play.

After a scrappy passage from the ensuing kick-in, Jeremy Cameron delivered a dagger through Magpie hearts when he fired a ball deep inside 50 to Rohan, who fed the ball to an unmarked Max Holmes for the match-winner from inside the goal square.

Sadly Cameron and Holmes are the only remaining heroes from the best Cats/Pies highlights of the past decade.

To be fair, Jack Crisp's winning goal after the siren last year got close.

Always the way, in a rivalry that has yielded a free kick split of 5-4-1 across the last 10 meetings.

Including a 22-10 count in favour of Collingwood in one match.

Keep Cameron and Danger in relative check then I think we can win, if not then we don't. Simple.

Should be a close arm wrestle.

Cats by 134 points.

Tight one from the model. Collingwood by 8-12. Daicos vs a Geelong midfield that has been giving up big scores to opposition players. Cats forward line has been better than expected this season though. Wouldn't be surprised by a Geelong win.

footytipjar.com for the full round predictions.

The ruck structures for bothe teams will be interesting in the lead up. Darcy Cameron set as a test for Collingwood and Blicavs ruled out for at least one more week.

I think if D. Cameron passes the test, Stanley is a certain inclusion for Geelong (he could be anyway) and they could bring in Jack Henry too, which would free de Koning up for more ruck minutes. With J.Henry being a bit out of sorts so far this year, they may even throw his magnet around, allowing for other ruck options (especially Neale). Henry's certainly had some moments at the other end of the ground over his career.

Geelong's defence in general hasn't been great this year and while Collingwood's key forward stocks look somewhat depleted (I feel like Mihocek's always played well against us), the likes of Schultz and Elliott are dangerous.

I think it will be close as it always is. Crucial game for both teams, especially Geelong with a brutal run ahead Brisbane (a), Sydney, Carlton (our bogey team), Adelaide (a), Gold Coast and Fremantle (a) before our next bye. Yikes: 3-3 looks like it would be a great result from those clashes at this stage.

Well im going camping this weekend so ill miss the game.
Another one of those free kick Cats win sadly.
Pies will be ok half time.
But umps free kicks will make sure of a cats win here.
Always the way.
Any way as with Pendles ill just play him in a quarter or 2 playing as a forward pocket.
Get a dozen touches and kick a goal or 2.
thats it.
First half on and off the bench.
Good to see Beau and Howe back.
Like to see Nick rested this game needs a breather.
And might be time for West in as well.
And play Moore up forward get him out of the back line.
Expect a free kick cats win.
