... what role is that, exactly?

Why did Saint Kildos make Nas the highest paid player in the AFL only to try and change him into something else.

They’re rounding him of to be complete.
Injury restricting his minutes through the middle but three goals as a key forward was ok.
Will only improve his versatility

I don’t know what St Kilda were thinking with Ross lyon and Jack Silvagni, what a mess. Enjoy the loss sainters.

As much as Melbourne looked impressive, you let a Ross Lyon coached side kick over 100 points against you, so some work needed defensively.
A lot of the time in the first half it felt like we were still playing like it was a practice match, thought we had way more time and space and Saints were pressuring us and forcing turnover. Cleaned it up in the second half a bit but also probably comes with the attack at all costs mentality the team is going with.

How many questions did Ross Lyon not answer in his PC? Very much a case of a washed up coach getting another bite, aka Voss.
would have loved RTB to take some ownership and front up to his mistakes, but he's a stubborn flog and he never will. Arguably cost us 2 flags with dogmatic, arrogant coaching in 09-10, and looks to be repeating the dose here... with a vastly inferior side lol. god I hate footy, who would raise their kids to follow the saints

TDK seemed to match Gawn for the first half.
Faded after half-time.
Commentators had been saying that TDK and Gawn went to the bench at the same time and returned onfield together.
Head to head.
(I think in the last qtr he came off and replaced by Keeler.)

And we're all spewing that TDK ran out of puff and Gawn dominated him after half-time.

There's a reason for TDK getting tired IMHO.
Gawn is cunning and knows his team's system, he knows when and where to run, and when to jog to conserve energy.

TDK is younger, less experienced, and doesn't yet know our guys' habits so can't judge when to leave Gawn or to stay with him.
Doesn't help that our guys are as poor as Auskickers.
So a lot of his sprints were wasted energy.

TDK will learn to predict our guys' habits.
Just like Gawn has done in his team.

You try running 16 kms during a footy game.
An Olympic marathon runner wouldn't be able to do it.

It's knowing when to jog, when to sprint, where to run to, etc.

I know some of you are or have been in sport so you know what I'm talking about.
