Hilarious no idea ….. Rachele is soft as butter, rarely puts his body/head over the ball, crap defensively, doesn’t tackle as he jogs chasing opposition players …… and yet gives it to the crowd! Absolute flog and an average player.

As an Essendon fan this pains me a lot. I remember draft experts were saying the depth isn’t great in that 2023 draft, and didn’t rate Freijah but I knew he was cold. I wish we had Matty Rosa in 2023, I believe he would have selected him.

And what's the score if we had our full side available? Namely Will Day, our best midfielder, and a fit and firing Calsher Dear, who has played a key role in Hawthorn's revitaliation over the past 2 years
All the talk is about Gulden and Heeney and Day gets forgotten. Gulden is in the same boat as Day, injured alot. Judging by the VFL result it would suggest there isn't much depth to cover either of the two of them so that's more the issue
