Perhaps but there's a few grains of truth there, the Lions do tend to take the lesser teams lightly thinking they can just cruise to a W.
Nail on the head bungalow. Piss take with a sprinkle of truth.

Lions by 170pts if they play well.
Lions by 30pts if they play poorly.
Bombers win if they play out of their skins and Lions are 50% off their game and Dons emulate Collingwood’s goal kicking efficiency from last night.

There's some strange fixturing this round.

Why does this game start at 12:30 when the next games aren't until 4:15 and 4:30? Normally they just start at 1:10 and run straight into the next game, now there's going to be like an hour gap between them.

EDIT - I realised it was a double up game at Marvel so that part makes sense now.

Don't understand why they do this when the MCG is free. It's free all weekend except for the Thurs night game. Carlton v St. Kilda could have pulled a decent crowd there.

Great to see Charlie Cameron back to his best this year. Love watching him when he's in the kind of form he has been to start the season.

Most of these bombers aren't fair dinkum about being AFL players. Their level of application and commitment is barely adequate for suburban football.

The Essendon players should really have thought about doing something better on their weekends.

Maybe football is not for them

Dunno about that . He rotates players out , they just dont fit the modern game unfortunately. Even Sharp who I'm sure is a good player but terrible fit . You need pace and can't find any

After getting belted last week he dropped one player. Every other change was a manage or injury.

He has his favourites and he won't drop them.
