Under Kingsley we have made finals under every year of his coaching tenure. Granted the finals trend lines are not positive, but Kingsley is the only current AFL head coach who has a 100% record of guiding a team to finals every year.

Had their chance a few years back especially the year they led the Alison’s by what 4 goals and flopped. You only get so many chances when you are out of Melbourne.
