Been watching it lately, and I must say I enjoy it a lot. I am beginning to like Robbo which has surprised me. Backs passion for the game and provides constructive opinions on the big topics.

Hearing Robbo say "professor" about seven times made my day.

I like the show. It's causal, the hosts like eachother, there's no thinly veiled resentment, no gimmicks, either. Just a nice way to wind down at night and listen to some easily digestible footy talk.

Is it just me is AFL 360 so over dramatic in the way they present things...

Over-dramatic = The intro to Friday night footy on Ch7 every week. That is usually a massive wank.

Whenever I see a package on 360, I have an image in my head of Robbo furiously swigging away before they come back on air.

I really enjoy the show.
Only problem i have is endless loops of montages when talking to a phone guest.
Last night while talking to the professor i think i saw kurt tippets concussion montage about 6 times.
Then just for good measure i got to see it again when kingy and sellers came on.

I had a feeling that the hosts didn't like each other. Huddo especially seems to have a fair bit of dislike of Robbo, especially when Robbo keeps trying to put Huddo down - hazing him as a substitute (really unprofessional if you ask me). Whateley doesn't seem to have to cop this and so has less to cover up.

Robbo really is like a kid on this show. He tries to one up himself when Huddo is on, a bit like how BT does with Richo and Darcy on Saturday Nights which is really unprofessional and just a real arseh*le way to go about it.

Robbo is like a school kid when Hudson is on. Always trying to piss off the substitute teacher.

Hudson is very good IMO, don't notice a massive drop in quality when Gerard isn't there and Gerard is clearly the beat sports journalist in the land (when you take into account his knowledge of all sports).

The two of them would be too vanilla together.

And, yes, Robbo bullies Huddo a bit, but it doesn't reach Footy Classified levels (where they're one "good call, bad call" away from fisticuffs).

Maybe some extended time together will calm Robbo down, I don't know.

Is a good show, but I do miss the old fox footy, Clinton Grybiss was brilliant hosting everynight along with shows like grumpy old men, was great viewing!!

I like it more when they discuss serious matters. When they get all jokey it falls a bit flat, but that's my opinion. I just fast forward it until I see Robbo's chins stop jiggling.

Gerrard and Huddo did a show together when Robbo was in Sydney (remember the line kept going dead between them) and it was quite a good show plenty of laughs and humour.

I would actually like to see Gerrard hosting with Huddo/Robbo doing 2 nights each just to break it up a bit as Robbo tends to get a bit tedious by the 3rd & 4th nights.

A great show, but wayyyy too much time spent talking about collingwood or topics associated with collingwood. Somewhere between 15-20% of the AFL360 broadcast this year (88 episodes) has been dedicated to the pies - No doubt Robbo and/or someone on the production staff are getting some kickbacks in one form or another. There are 18 clubs in the AFL, including some struggling ones and 8 interstate teams - how about Fox Footy show a little more integrity and balance in reporting.

BTW, this is not a collingwood hate-speech, I've got no problem with them.

Last note - Hopefully Gerard gets his own show next year so he doesn't have to give credibility to the dog who sits beside him.

I'm going the other way. I really enjoy the show but Robbo is starting to annoy me. Maybe it's just watching him four times a week!

Love the show, but I agree the packages get a bit silly.

The one that gets me is where they artificially zoom in on peoples faces with each statement they make. By the time they've said three things the picture starts getting all pixalated. That's today tonight quality stuff.
