Why would Carlton hand over a flag for a year when they've never been punished for salary cap breaches?
Their massive fine and draft bannings came from payments from 1998 onwards.

NONE of the Victorian clubs play their full allotment of home games at their home ground. Every MCG tenant hosts 1 - 2 home games at Marvel, often against Marvel tenants. It seems it's easier to play the victim rather than simply looking at the fixture.

Big offers going out to Butters and Rowell is the word. Apparently the AFL audit actually found extra space in the Geelong salary cap that we didn't know existed. Big thanks to the AFL audit guy (formerly Geelong CFO) for finding that for us.
Well, if anyone would know which couch cushion to look under to find $900k per year in loose change, it would be him.

It's a routine audit, the same one that happens to every single club in the League.
Port are going through the exact same thing right now.
The whole, "investigation" thing she ran with was her using hyperbole to get people to watch the new show format she's running with.
In recent weeks we've seen her do it in regards to a range of topics.
I mean she got called out by Tom Morris of all people for being full of shit.

Old mate Blaisee said that he would delete his account back in 2018 if Tom Stewart ever made All Australian (which we still have proof of)
He's been proven wrong 5 times over and has yet to be branded with the "welch" label for not deleting his acccount like promised...thus a hatred for all things Geelong going forward.
Disappointed the Mods haven't given him the ban hammer yet.
Geelong was doing plenty of deals back then too.
Don't be so deluded that Geelong businesses aren't looking after the players off the books.
