AFL Club songs chords

Hi,

I know this might be a stupid question, but does anyone know where i can get the chords/tabs to AFL theme songs?

I've got one of those stupid pre-grand final activities at work where people have to sing a theme song, and I volunteered to play the backing music, thinking it would be easy to find.
