I'm Cas until I die !!
I'm thinking about trading Riewoldt for Moloney, and then trading Brock McLean for Akermanis. So effectively am trading McLean for Moloney and Riewoldt for Akermanis. What do you all think?

Can someone explain to me what the hell this means :

*NOTE: Points Scored currently indicates total team scores to date and will have no impact on the actual League competition (Rounds 1-3). These will be reset on the start of the League games in Round 4. All League fixtures and Round 4 results will be generated on/around the conclusion of Round 4.

So do our scores in the universal comp also get wiped when the Leagues start at round 4 ?

im thinking the other way. i will use all the trades i can before all the players prices change. buy guys yoy know will rise and then you can trade them after round 3 (if you want).

But if you load up on trades now, you won't have many left later when you want to trade off those players who have increased in value.

You also need to keep injuries and suspensions in mind. As it is now, 20 trades for the year is not even enough for 1 per round and there will certainly be weeks where 2 of your players will either be injured or suspended.

I'm pretty happy with that as I was expecting to be around the 10K mark. I'm going to wait til the end of the week til I trade N.Lappin and Riewoldt just incase there is a late injury or something.

im tossing up what to do with cousins. he is a chance to play this week but its more likely he wont. is it worth 'wasting' a trade in this situation? im thinking not but it will mean that i loose someone like dal santo's contribution.

what do people think?

Not too shabby a start and several high profile players are on notice after not performing to expectations. Have around $230,000 spare cash after the Riewoldt and Lappin trades to spend next week so underachievers will definitely face the chop.

Tough decision. If you have a decent emergency to replace him with then maybe keep him otherwise I'd proably trade him.

Very happy with the score and happy I stuck with Matthew Carr and went with Ling as captain. Kane Johnson Adam Simpson and Nathan D Brown scored poorly so hopefully can hit the 1900 next week.

Replaced Riewoldt and Nigel Lappin with Brad Johnson and Matty Lappin
