Should I trade Simmonds down to Krezuer and then trade Porps for Buddy? I have 18 trades left.
Let me think.. NO

Simmonds will only get better when the time is right trade him to a gun Ruck which could be Ottens or Cox(depending who you have)

Porps is not letting us down. Still giving us solid scores and surely Buddy cant keep up this from for ever:p

Ahhh.

A first for the year. A decision to make on who to start in the backs.:)

Hartlett VS Wona

Hartlett had 46 in half a game before the snipe attack but not sure against the Crows defence.

And back to the nice problem in the forwards.

2 of Hill, Gamble and Rioli.

Both of these assume Bowden and BJ will play so they probably doesn't matter.
Same decisions to make.
Going Hartlett and Bowden on the field with Wona emergency.
Rioli and Hill with Gamble emergency for BJ.
Choosing Bartram over Bird and Jack. Not sure on this one but I think Bartram should hit some consistency soon.

Hi guys, just wondering if I can get some advice on a few trades as I am having a hard time making the decisions!!

Here is my team at present:

BACKS:
C.Cornes
H.Shaw
J.Bowden
B.Waters
B.Symes
D.Mundy
D.Pfeiffer
-------
H.Taylor
A.Proud

CENTERS:
D.Cross
N.Stevens
A.Goodes
B.Houli
R.Palmer
C.Morton
------
C.Bird
B.Ebert

RUCKS:
D.Cox
T.Simmonds
------
M.Kreuzer
J.Meesen

FORWARDS:
N.Reiwoldt
B.Johnson
J.Brown
M.Pavlich
B.Hall
J.Porplyzia
C.Rioli
------
R.Gamble
K.Tippet

I have 19 trades left and $34,000 in the kitty, so I am keen to start making a few changes to my team.

The players in italics are the ones who I'm looking to trade out in the next few weeks.

This week I am thinking of trading Hall to S.Johnson, or trading Bird to Ibbotson, and then trading Hall to L.Franklin

I am also looking to trade Mundy out at some point for either King or Birchall.

In a few weeks when i have used up a few cash cows such as Morton, Bird, Tippet and Ebert I will try and upgrade my midfield by getting one or more of Kornes, Gablett or Swan.

If you have any thoughts/suggestions on these trades or what I should focus on this week or where my weaknesses are it would be greatly appreciated!!

Cheers

who do u think out of riewoldt buddy and chapman leaning towards nicky
Chapman. Buddy needs too many goals for 100+ and Riewoldt had an injury scare at training. Having said all that, I picked Volt so I could do my Ellis-->Goddard trade. Was $100 short of getting both Chapman and Goddard:mad:

I sadly just can't see Bowden coming back from this as his old self. :(

If he doesn't play this week, he's out i'm afraid.

A, B, C or D?

A: Hurn to Ibbo, N Jones to K Cornes
B: Hurn to Ibbo, Hill to Buddy
C: N Jones to Armi, Hill to Buddy
D: N Jones to Armi, Hurn to Goddard
In the end decided to go with option E: DO NOTHING !

Will stick with Hurn, Jones and Hill for another week for the following reasons:

1. Hurn might be able to back up his 70 last week with another 60-70 score
2. Holding onto Jones for 1 more week will allow me to better assess Armi's prospects for the year - as Armitage has only played 1 game
3. Could be another 90+ game coming up for Hill if BJ is out injured for the Bulldogs.
4. Holding off a week will give me extra time to assess some of the falling backs (Milburn, Goddard) and forwards (BJ, Pav, Chappy)
