I think not. It's the fantasy footy bible. Everything you want to know about every player in the competition. Plus there's a whole section on fantasy footy itself. It's a top buy IMO.
So which teams should be out in round 1 before lockout? how many people will tend to choose draft picks picked in those named over ones which may/may not play on sunday for example?
That is a very, very good question. You could potentially put your arse in a blender from the get go if you stuff your team up by guessing wrongly who will line up in Sunday's matches. I'll be taking that into account for sure and yes it may very well affect my selections... which sucks but I guess everyone will be in the same boat (except those who don't realise it in time hehehe )

Is anyone thinking of going near the lesser ruckman ie Hudson/Sandilands/Charman? Seeing as every1 is always on the DT thread can u give me an SC answer also.
I've read a few things from people saying they basically don't rate Sandilands as a ruckman but I had him all last year and really couldn't complain too much (except when he got injured).
What's wrong with a Cox/Sandilands ruck duo (besides the price)? I guess he is pretty one dimensional but most good ruckman are...

It's also fun to read. To see how badly they get it wrong/where they get it surprisingly right.
It's difficult to know how much it helps but with the sportsbet voucher this year (luckily the same bookie as the one I use) it makes it worth it in my opinion.
I wouldnt say that, my brother won a football last year and his starting team was heavily based on the prospectus TOG section. That would be the only thing that I would get the 08 one for...TOG.

I think your looking at it all wrong mate, if you enjoy the fantasy concept i think drafting teams and reading stats is nor wasting time or money as its enjoyable....i think thats me main thing!
There has been one posted before.
Not sure what it was as I didn't bookmark it.
If you want to buy it good luck to you.
My personal opinion is its a waste of 40 bucks I'd rather spend on a slab or something.
Okay so we've got the doggies, crows, hawkers and the dees playing Sunday and the kangas and the mighty dons playing Monday. So that's 6 teams whose lists we aren't going to know before lock out round one.

Not really.
Everyone has the same disadvantage.
We will have a pretty good indication of who will be playing and squads should not just be made for round 1.
