The snipe in me wants to think it comes down to being kissed in terms of father sons and milking free agency but you have to get a lot of other things right for that level of success.
You won't find a better Coach and lifestyle is big. They've created a go home factor for plenty of interstate Falcons or Country boys.

They also target freak athletes who can run and are happy to gamble on them higher up in the draft. Obv everyone knows about Blivacs, but I think Neale, Dempsey and Holmes are all national running champions over 200m to 400m.
