I'm a fan of Huddo's commentary and good to see him actually put feeling into his commentary for the game.

Might not be 2k levels of commentary but it's already better than anything they've had before as it looks like Huddo actually gives a shit about what he's doing.

I think one of the roadblocks is that the general public do expect it to be FIFA quality. Real gamers and people from Bigfooty etc. understand budgets and the logistics of making an AFL game. But we only make up probably 10-20%. They need to build a game to appeal to all markets and as soon as a trailer drops, the game is ridiculed and slammed into the ground all over social media. Probably why they are so scared to do any real advertising or promo work besides their lifelike face scans.

Either way, I'll get sucked into a day 1 purchase and will win 10 straight flags with Hawthorn

The general public don’t expect Fifa quality, they just expect a better quality for a full price game.

Ok, So Twistie just did a video on the Commentary for the game and talked about how the boss of Wicked Witch, Daniel Visser was on a podcast months ago talking about AFL Evolution 2. Unless Someone posted the episode of that podcast then, I think we've inadvertently ignored some news for it. To be fair, They've been pretty quiet on most fronts. XD

To be fair this is the beginning of promoting the game, a couple of stills is pretty standard, the in game shots and then game play trailer will follow eventually.

But yeah this tells us nothing. Hopefully they skip the daily head shots though, happy to wait for gameplay footage.

I just hope they make this game super customisable like creating your own jumpers and logos on stadiums, just to add a bit of extra detail to the game would be really good. Big Ant has done this with AO Tennis and Ashes Cricket so hope Wicked Witch could do the same.

I’m not very good with Facebook and tried to link to the logo but I realised it wasn’t working properly. If it’s still up and you can find a way to link it that would be awesome. I’m not into bashing developers but the comments on that logo upload were just too good.

It looks alright at an Icon Resolution but yeah, That's not a great look. I can see why it's getting a roasting. I've looked at the other game Tru Blu is releasing in Phar Lap Horse Racing Challenge and the Facebook page for it and that logo is fine. I hope they do fix it. It's not a great look. Logo is alright though.

It’s just a logo. I think somebody uploaded a low res version or something from their phone and just didn’t realise. I generally only use FB and Twitter from my phone so I don’t realise I’ve done that myself until I jump on the computer. But of course I’m not a company trying to sell a product, and my 3 followers on Twitter hardly care.

It looks like they’ve accidentally posted the low res logo pasted as a post. I don’t really see the point in why they’d post it at all.

It always looked good enough up close, but during play particularly the turf looked awful downgraded.

The console versions looked like a ps3/360 era game at times..... especially when moving from end to end (juddering frame rate).

But the pc version looked really good when max settings were on - almost as good as Fifa and NBA 2K. And the smoother framerate made the game so much more sexy to play.
