That's entirely down to you as a poster.... I found the site too male dominated and shit fest!!! However, we can't ignore the quality modders and posters who give the site credibility.

I complimented Ross on hard work completed on another game, I have been 'constructively' critical on elements on others, he took the points made patched them and made things good....

I actually think he hates me... ?

In all seriousness, given you have purchased our products, I'm not going to ignore you, and I need to apologise, sincerely, for the assumption on my part of you being in our industry and thought you just taking potshots. It's not a reasonable defense, but earlier that day we did have a WW employee post online without, as you say, "having the balls" to say whom they were - I jumped to the conclusion based on your writing style and dev terms used, and I was wrong.

PS: I have taken the time to disagree with one of your posts in the past - I guess a sign that I was reading them

Hate's such a strong word. It's a forum, it's not serious, my Ignore slider is reserved for boring, time wasting oxygen thieves that have no sense of humour or perspective. It's used rarely.

It would be hard for anyone here to argue that your game won't be better because of the banter in this thread. It has caused Sebastian Giompaolo to be here, at least in a listening capacity, and caused a forum to be set up - he dislikes socials, forums, etc. and dealing with the public at all, I never thought I'd see the day!

Getting towards the end of a coaching season in career mode. I would like to trade in players but only want to do so if they are face scanned players.

Is there a list somewhere of face scanned players from each team?

For example for the Dogs, the team I coach, the players who have face scans are:
Suckling, Wallis, Bont, Dunkley, Hunter , Trengove, Wood, Macrae, Duryea, McLean, Bruce, Richards, Libba, Dickson, Naughton, BWilliams, Johanissen, English and Jong. (19)

Happens constantly to me too. Part of their "oh shit you're winning by too much better make it close" rubber banding technique.

One weird one that I dislike out of everything else I've seen..... do a Mal Michael (roost the ball into the opposite end goal) and the only way it's a deliberate rushed behind/free kick to opposition is if it goes between the goal and point post. Whereas kick it through the big sticks and it's just a normal rushed behind!.

Yeah that one irks me too, just go through the goals and you're all good. Weird. Some of the mistakes are so obvious and basic that I really don't know how they missed them before release.

They kick more accurate from 50+ than they do from inside 30.

I did have a rethink on what I had written and I came to the conclusion, if anything, that I would not stop buying your products - mainly because I really like them and that would be counterproductive to do so - but I would've bought them on the secondhand market. Your apology, however, has stopped me from thinking that way, and I would have no issues in the future with buying them new, as I've always done.

I can also understand the cautiousness when a completely new account/user appears on a forum during a heated discussion and starts putting in their two cents worth - and it's something I don't normally do. In fact I usually don't comment on any forum I visit. I just tend to lurk and, I should add, I've been lurking here on Big Footy - on and off - for about a decade or more.

I should add that I was equally unhappy with Sebastian's input here on the forum, but I've since got over that due to your explanation that he is not a very social person (in terms of forums and commenting I mean, not in general).

I think BigAnt are miles ahead of WW when it comes to listening and doing something with the criticism. They've shown that with their Cricket/Tennis games.

That's being awfully generous to insist they can do rubber banding programming ala EA in the Need For Speed series

I've had it both ways where the CPU AI seems impenetrable....... can't get through their back half one minute, the floodgates open the next and I pile on 5-9 goals in a row before they break the drought. I've also been unable to counter their center clearance/forward line marks from time to time. Before I finally get a run on.

Not at all - If I put myself in your shoes and viewed it from your perspective, I'd be pretty upset - I am sincerely apologetic and certainly should know better.

All devs really appreciate people purchasing new product, not a cent from second hand sales makes it back to the distribution, marketing, publishing, development or licensors - the reality is that second hand sales are just a very expensive rental, trade a game for 10-40% of the value, buy another second hand game for 80% value, repeat, costing 40-70% of the value for a "rental".

a lot of the (new from evo 1 - i.e. rampe, parker, papley, mills, naismith, etc) swans face scans look really great.. then you have will gould, jordan dawson, melican, rowbottom, etc that look like wax models

Crisis averted, first quarter was a low scoring affair......... I blitzed them after that. Avenged the loss I had against them during the season (went down by 1 point) and won by 77 points. I finished first in the regular season, lost the QF against GWS would have won if I kicked accurately), smashed the Eagles at the G.

After beating Geelong, I faced Melbourne in the grand final. Started strong but faded in the second quarter............ as I wanted to get the premiership quarter achievement (for overtaking the opponents score by the end of the third quarter). I managed to lead by 10 points going into the last quarter, and wound up kicking 8 goals to 1 in the last..... winning the grand final in style!
