Are there any past players in the game as in previous games example is in previous games there was a historial section where you could play games and complete the challenges.
I asked the WW Facebook page this and the response was 'due to licensing agreements, only 2017 club-listed players will be in the game' shame. I wanted to use Dane Swan again for Be A Pro mode!

Not sure if it's been brought up, but someone had the AFL Evo. page confirm that Target is going to be selling this game. They said Target would, and weren't sure on Big W at this stage. Some good news for those who want to price match, as im sure Target would sell it cheap

Also someone will be able to verbally harass a 16 year old into selling the game 3 days early.

Yeah I would of liked to have used my cousin in the game. He's in previous AFL games but by the sounds of it not this curret one.

Isn't this the first time Be a Pro mode has been included in an AFL game?
Certainly is. Will probably be the first thing I have a go at when I get the game. Will instantly give me a feel of how good/bad the AI in the game is. Also, I just really want to play Be a Pro mode in an AFL game, finally!!

I got a response from Wicked Witch about a question I sent to them about a few details about Grand Finals and If we were able to set them up in Quickplay like in RLL3 and the Madden NFL series?

A bit of a shame but the GF patches are a minor detail that shouldn't really be focused on when there is more important stuff to be done and the GF option is more of their preference on the matter. (Which I can understand.)

I emailed target a few weeks a go and they literally said to me 'we probablly won't supply it'. So 2 weeks ago they weren't sure and there is nothing on their website still.

I know a friend who works in Big W and he said that they haven't had anything pop up in their system yet, and added that they usually know about a month before release, so highly doubts they'll be getting any.

As for the ground dimensions being the same, it concerns me that this has been overlooked whilst time was spent on creating the AFLW teams. Ground dimensions have a tangible effect on gameplay in real life, thus would have likely translated into affecting gameplay in AFL Evolution. Priorities are not in order when what is effectively a sprite that a number of people will likely never use was prioritised over a rather significant feature.

I don't think I've ever found myself at the football tearing my hair out that my team aren't factoring in the ground dimensions, and I doubt I'll be doing that in AFL evolution. I know that I'll be happy with the addition of AFLW though, far more relevant than the international teams or the TAC cup.

I wonder if on PC you could add a third kit with the GF logo for each team

Teams have to create different strategies for different grounds. For example, the zone defence is perfect at the tiny SCG but can be easily ripped apart on the expanses of Subiaco. This is something not conveyed to the fans because, for obvious reasons, the coach doesn't broadcast their game plan publicly. However, in a game that simulates coaching as much as playing, such a thing is important.

If you are getting your tits in a tangle over all the grounds being the same size, I can't wait to hear your thoughts once you've played the game.

I asked the AFL Evolution page about a finals game mode (AFL Live 1) and they were not giving no as an answer, if it wasn't in the game they would say it is not in the game like the AFL grand final mode answer right?

Asked WW about being dropped in career mode, during the season you will only go out if injured/suspended, but can be delisted (not dropped) at the end of the season due to bad performances.

But surely they can only delist you if your contract runs out? And if you're delisted, can you try to get to another AFL side (i.e. via the draft) or do you have to go to a lower league? And rather than delisting, could the club trade you?

That was all they gave me. I'll ask if we can get traded or go back to the draft.

Any gameplay videos?

It's hard to get excited for this game. Previous games have been terrible. I don't mind bad graphics as long as the game is fun. e.g. to this day i still play GTA San andreas. Unfortunately, The last few AFL games have been bad in BOTH gamplay and graphics.
