AFL Fantasy: Round 3 trades

Where is it? I emailed them too and they said it is now switched on but I still can't find it, where do you go to get it?
Go to the "Trades" screen, and up the top left there's a big "Reverse Trades" button. Assuming you're using a computer, I'm not too sure about the app version.

Thanks, I'm using a computer. That was what I initially thought and had a look at it. No dice. Still says unlimited trades on the team page too. but it says 40 on the trades page. I'll have another look tomorrow. Shouldn't do trades till the MRP has done their business anyway.

I'm really unsure on Cox... Out of West Coasts three man ruck, NicNat has his niche in the middle and Sinclair will only keep getting better as a leading forward which will make Cox a very expensive third wheel.

Any advice on an alternative ruckman? Currently have Sandilands with Derickx and King on the bench

Gotta be Hickey!

For me this week I think it will be Enright to Jaench and Green (started with him after talk of more mid time, avg of 75 but time to jump) to prob Zorko.

Need some help guys... I'm one of those awesome few that has both Enright and Birchall.

DEF: McVeigh, Enright, Swallow, Birchall, Suckling, Griffiths (Langdon, Langford)

Enright or Birchall to Simpson?
Do I trust in the rule to always trade the injured player and keep Birchall one more week?
Birchall's BE is 95.. Birchall is decent at the MCG but it is Freo. I'll just ignore that 151...

On the other hand, if I bench Enright as D8 for one week, do I trust Langdon on the field? Langdon against a Geelong forward line, but I'll avoid Birchall's inevitable price drop, and the possible points drop I would aim to make up with the second trade. At this stage looking at trading Gunston.

Not starting Langford- surely he must be tagging someone against Freo. (as an aside, Shiels should ton it against Freo missing Fyfe).

u wot m8

Can I really not trade out Cotchin, rotate Hunter from forward to midfield and bring in Riewoldt?

Mate, try trading HUNTER > Riewoldt, then the option should come up to DPP him and you can pick Cotchin instead. That should work.
Yep, totally intuitive I know

Heard Enright is going to miss more than one week. Could be wrong though. I traded him out for Swallow, which you probably already have.

Don't you just hate yourself that you gotta keep Birchall 1 more week? (I presume you're in the same boat as me)

So, my average is only 2058. Need to improve it.

Players I am thinking of trading out:
Enright, Caddy (should stick with him, until next week at least), Jacobs (I have Hickey, Sandilands & Derix. Hickey was a cash grab but doing better then expected. I was camping when i saw that currie was named. I didnt want a dead spot), cotchin

Players I want:
Riewoldt, koddfsdfsdf (however you spell it), Jaensch, currie (If I trade out a ruckman), wingard

I am thinking:
Enright > Jaensch
cotchin > Riewoldt

Then I will have 50k for next week. cotchin > Riewoldt is kind of sideways but.........

I cant get Riewoldt without trading him.

Don't sideways trade all the time dude look at finishing your team and making enough money to get as many premos in early before you do that. Caddy is a keeper even if he ends up at F7, I'm thinking this strategy with Suckling and Caddy to be keepers in the D6-7/F6-7 mould. Riewoldt goes big against lesser teams regularly but I'm sure he'll have a couple of 80s in a couple of weeks and his price will fall then (Riewoldt only went below 80 once last year I think but he was ultra consistent with a lot of scores between 80-110). Enright to Jaensch could work for Fantasy if your happy to take the punt and make some money too.

Watch Hickey this week. Minson crabbed his way to a 50-odd and Spencer scored a 20-odd against the Eagles. The three rucks of the Eagles have monstered their opposition so far. Minson almost scored a ton his next game, while Spencer did score a ton in his first game against Shane Mumford.

Hindsight's a great thing. Some players who looked good ideas when we had unlimited trades will have to fall by the wayside. Too bad that I traded out Steve Johnson when we had unlimited trades, I can get him back but it will mean a delay on picking up Gary Ablett when his price may increase next week. Hopefully it won't be by much as I could downgrade a cash cow like Frost from GWS or Rohan from Sydney to bring in Ablett for Cotchin as I also have $60K spare. Don't like to get rid of a premium so soon without seeing whether he will start scoring, but all the others I've got are too consistent to even consider.

This game's a lot like chess, you've got to think some moves ahead like do I want to bring in Mumford now before his price rises further or bring in Ablett as soon as I can. And then there will be the byes, you don't want 11 players who will be in any one bye round.
