This thread is for those in Queensland to share their experiences of AFL Grand Final week in Brisbane.
As fans, it is our role to play part in setting the vibe in the build up to the big game to help grow our game and make it a day to remember.
What you can Do:
- visit the football festival sites around Brisbane including Southbank, Riverstage, Botanical gardens, Queen street Mall (also home of new AFL Shop).
- wear your AFL apparel when out and about
- make a AFL grand final playlist (Sheppard, DMAs, Musby, Thelma Plum, up there cazaly) on spotify/apple music and blare it from your car speakers
- decorate your mailboxes
- visit your local footy ground to have a kick
- share on social media platforms
