In the meantime you should train aspects of footy that you don't train at footy training, specifically sprinting speed and raising your anaerobic threshold

Will do. I'll take any advice for training, eating (I'm gluten AND dairy intolerant....fun), researching.

Thanks everyone for your advice. Ive been smashing the gym for over a month, gained 4 kilos, been eating a lot and improving on my kicking skills!
