Why do we need hubs? Nsw can contain the virus without needing any lockdown or restrictions, and their quarantine system is flawless. And even if it does get out, their contact tracing will save us from any need for lockdowns or closed borders.

If this does occur then all MCG tenants should play games at Marvel or GMHBA, all Marvel tenants games at GMHBA or MCG and Geelong at MCG or Marvel

Overreactions everywhere, just varying degrees. Some action required, but the action being taken reeks of political intervention gone mad or PTSD on behalf of decision makers.
Being forced into masks and restrictions while living in a small country town 6 hours from Sydney that has never had ONE positive case of a virus that hasn't killed an Australian human for 8 months is pretty ridiculous.

That won't work because they could all say the same ground. If it's a game like Richmond vs Geelong it needs to be at Marvel. AFL needs to try and make every game that neither team plays at their home ground
Well we couldnt play any worse in Geelong than we play at the G lately. Anyway we are long done, this would help Melbourne and the Bulldogs the most if the season ends in Melbourne from here.

Oh yep because that happened last year when the VIC teams were in interstate hubs.

If interstate clubs wanted to inconvenience Geelong as much as possible they'd select Marvel as we don't play there as often as the other two. Still a few games here and there per year but.
