Definitely news worthy. No one involved in (checks notes) football should ever be allowed to follow anyone until they are approved by people who disagree with them.
Especially when they are following (checks notes) literal white supremacists.

Whilst not news worthy IMO (we all know Hardwick is a self-centred, egotistical, nasty flog of a man) - there definitely are different expectations when it comes to football people. But there are different expectations on all of us, depending on what our role in society is.Definitely news worthy. No one involved in (checks notes) football should ever be allowed to follow anyone until they are approved by people who disagree with them.
Somone in a position of authority over young men following some of the accounts Hardwick follows is concerning.
Illegal? No, but definitely in the public interest to know about.
And if the rest of this thread is true (and I don't think it is) then it's even more of a concern.
Follows Tommy Robinson. Also, that last paragraph is speculative nonsenseWould disagree that it's concerning. It's definately interesting. I'd imagine a strong majority of AFL coaches are politically conservative and from what I've seen [twitter only shows you a selection of the accounts someone follows unless you are paid up by the looks] Hardwick simply leans more toward libertarian/non fox/sky types in this space. If he followed someone like Andrew Bolt or Sharri Mackson I'd have less respect for him, or someone like Andrew Tate or Keith Woods same, but I didn't see that.
I'm not of the age group of the current AFL playing cohort but I'm led to believe that zoomers and in particular the soon to be playing gen Alpha hold very different political views to millennial's and among males are more likely to be conservative than not. Among elite athletes I'd imagine that trend is even stronger. So would not surprise me if Hardwick is more aligned with the industry at large and the players in particular than what people seem to think here. Just from watching my own clubs internal podcast it's pretty evident that all our players watch Joe Rogan and get well into the "conspiracy right" on all manner of questions.
Next thing you know the young men of the Gold Coast will believe that they are cows.

Thankfully Dimma removed the litter boxes from the GWS rooms when he got to town.
This.So what if Dimma doesn’t subscribe to mainstream narratives?
The Group Think is off the charts in this country.
Not even sure what you were trying to say but it seemed to suggest that the younger generation was leaning right wing which is just absolute rubbish. The social views that Hardwick has are the property of the Facebook comment crowd, not younger generations.Tommy Robinson isn't a white supremacist though, he is a fully paid up Zionist who is known and opposed only for campaiging against violence against women and whose closest friends are mostly black men. It's a strange mix and he is definitely anti-islam but I'm not even sure at this point he could be said to be anti-immigration. [which is where the slurs about being a white supremacist always originate]
And the last paragraph is based on polling and having actually listened to players express their opinions. If you want to disagree that other coaches are most likely conservative then ok, that's speculative but for the playing cohort there is data to back it up.
What do you even mean by far right politicians?
Ken wouldn't even know how to spell laundering, he is as dumb as they comeWould have to be Ken
so this went completely over everyones heads. This would be a good win if you didn't get caught
Yeah he is, actually - and a hypocritical drug addict to boot.Jordan Peterson is a nutjob? LOL.

That's what he wants you to think so you don't discover his OnlyFansGrandpa Fages wouldn’t know what social media is
Deep fried, and thrown into the oven.Very, very well done. Cooked, to a crisp. It is absolutely concerning and for the reasons you yourself point out - the trend toward "fringe" right wing viewpoints that denigrate women and minorities.
The rise of neo-Nazis in the last 5 years is an extreme example of this from a handful to 300~ and rising.
Young men need proper leadership, not a bitter campaigner like Hardwick regurgitating whatever talking points come up on Sky News (or worse)
Things like Christchurch are the end result of this sort of mindless, emotive following with no critical analysis of the media being consumed.
As for Joe Rogan, he has the world's most popular podcast so it's no surprise a lot of people listen to it. I don't actually think Rogan is all that bad - he's making money by interviewing controversial people. He's not the first and he won't be the last.
Fages is secretly Walter WhiteFuuuu- imagine if it's Fages.
Presents as the warm, grand fatherly type but is secretly a money-laundering right wing extremist!
It's definitely not him
That's what he wants you to think so you don't discover his OnlyFans
no there is not. that is the way the conventional media is twisting it. there is an uptick however in men tired of the male bashing of the last ~30=40 years, and who had nothing to do with however things may have been in times gone by.Unironically yes.
There's a strong uptick in young men taking on horrible ideas about the apparent worth of women and others.
It won't be long before we see American style "incidents" involving weapons.
