Can anyone provide, or direct me to a definitive list of AFL Life Members?

It's not quite as simple as the 300 game club. Lots of articles around of additions, but no actual list that I can find.

The Football Record Season Guide has the list. This year's book has it on pages 1209 and 1210.

I figured you would have the book, but did try to scan those couple of pages anyway, and the printer is refusing to work, for some reason! I couldn't find the list online either, which is a bit surprising. The one in the book has the recent additions such as Lance Franklin and Heath Shaw, and includes umpires and officials, so it will be the definitive list that you're after!
